1. I just signed up as a Rep, now what?

Work with your sponsor or your upline mentor to implement the 24-Hour Game Plan.

This means calling 5-7 of your closest friends and family and putting them in front of your mentor to hear about the ACN opportunity in the next 24 hours!

This can be all together at a home meeting at your place, meeting for coffee, at lunchtime, after work or over the phone at any time.

The 24-Hour Game Plan sheet has a sample script to help you with inviting. Be enthusiastic and excited and DON'T SAY TOO MUCH! Confused people do nothing!

Your ETT has achieved the first earned position of the company. Because they have achieved the ETT position - wouldn’t you think this person knows how to achieve this position? Absolutely.

You also have an upline Team Coordinator. This TC is someone who has been with ACN a while and has achieved the 3rd HIGHEST position in the company. Find out who they are, call him/her and introduce yourself as a new Rep. They will help you build your business and would like nothing better than to see you succeed with ACN.


2. How do I contact ACN Australia?

Website:  www.acnaustralia.com.au Click on the button on the left side: NEW TEAM TRAINERS START HERE. There is a fantastic collection of documents, video, audio and training information available. 


3. How do I get my Rep ID and Password for MyACN website?

Your Rep ID number is the number printed at the bottom of your Rep Agreement. This is your number for your lifetime in ACN and will be used regularly. Put it in your phone for easy reference.

To access your information online, go to www.acnaustralia.com.au and click on MyACN. You can login to MyACN using your representative number and follow the prompts to get your password. Now you can access all the customer information, events and online shop.


4. How do I get my own ACN website for prospects to look at?

Go to www.acnaustralia.com.au, login to MyACN. On the left hand side panel, click on My Website and follow the prompts. ACN offers a combined package of downline reporting with a personal website.


5. Should I wait for my kit to arrive BEFORE I begin?

NO!!! Print out the 24-Hour Game Plan (99Kb) and work with your mentor. Be coachable. Do exactly what they say. They have the experience to guide you through. 

Get started right away!! ACN wants to put money in your pocket now - DON'T WAIT!

Why waste any of that time waiting for a kit to arrive when you can get started straight away and be in a position to earn money in your first 30 days? 


6. How do I order DVDs and ACN forms?

Go online to www.acnaustralia.com.au and login to MyACN. This is your office. In the top right hand corner, click on the yellow button labelled Success Store.  This will take you to the Online Shop where you can order Rep Signup forms, DVDs, thank you cards, achievement pins, merchandise and much more.


7. I need to know EVERYTHING before I can talk to the people I know!!

Do you also wait for EVERY streetlight in town to turn GREEN before leaving your driveway?

You don't NEED to know EVERYTHING to be successful with ACN in the beginning. Start off with making a list of everyone you know then just follow everything your mentor tells you. Be totally coachable and you will have quick success! 


8. Where can I find the rates for...?

All of ACN's product information and rates can be found on ACN's website www.acnaustralia.com.au under the PRODUCTS tab.


9. When I'm making money in ACN, THEN I'll go to the National Training.

Some Reps treat this business like the guy holding an armful of firewood on a cold night yelling at his pot-belly stove, "Come on stove, as soon as you give me some heat, THEN I'll give you some firewood!!".

That stove will NEVER give any heat because it NEEDS the wood FIRST. The wood PRODUCES the HEAT.

In ACN, Reps saying, "As soon as I'm making money in ACN, THEN I'll go to the National Training" is just as ridiculous. They'll NEVER make substantial money in ACN. The knowledge and belief gained is from attending Regional and International events is what PRODUCES the success/money.


10. How do I get information on training events and weekly meetings?

Go to www.theleadershipcouncil.org. All the weekly meetings and training events around Australia is listed on this site.

For weekly meetings around New Zealand, go to www.tagnzevents.net.


11. Where do I find information about training calls?

From time to time the ACN Co-Founders present training calls for the Asia/Pacific region. These are notified via email from ACN.


12. How do I check on my customers?

You should check your Personal Customer List (PCL) every day. All of your customer information is found on www.acnaustralia.com.au. Login to MyACN. Click CUSTOMERS on the left hand side panel.


13. How do I find out what my team is doing?

You can subscribe to the downline reporting module. Login to MyACN.
